SHINKO successfully develop the first Cellulose Fiber Cement Board product in Vietnam, marking a turning point for the Vietnamese company.
With a strong foundation in research and development in new construction material technology, SHINKO Vietnam is establishing its pioneer status in the green and sustainable material industry with a “Made In Vietnam” product. Among which is SHINKO’s Cellulose Fiber Cement Board, the first of its kind manufactured in Vietnam, which has made an important milestone for the Vietnamese company in technology ownership, towards the goal of sustainable development and health safety. The Cellulose Fiber Cement Board product is manufactured entirely at SHINKO’s factory within Binh Xuyen Industrial Zone, Binh Nguyen Ward, Phu Tho Province. With Vietnamese engineering skills and knowledge on an international production standard, the product has affirmed Vietnamese creativity and intelligence in the high-quality construction material industry.
With a strong technological foundation and values through international cooperation, SHINKO Cellulose Fiber Cement Board gains its high quality through carefully selected imported materials. Organic, high-purity Cellulose fibers imported from the UK, US, and Canada increases structural integrity. Moreover, the Hatschek technology helps weave cellulose fibers in pressing and flattening cement layers, increasing flexibility to easily bend and shape modern designs. What’s more, Cellulose fibers can be biologically regenerated and decomposed, promoting eco-friendliness and sustainability.
Because of this, SHINKO Cellulose Fiber Cement Board provides both safety and optimized application: Retains durability when bent, outstanding stress-bearing and moisture-resistant capabilities, suitable for modern constructions, and meets the standard for some of the strictest markets around the world. More importantly, SHINKO Cellulose Fiber Cement Board is inflammable, certified by the Institute of Construction Material from the Ministry of Construction through rigorous testing. This is the key factor helping the product meet durability criteria and ensuring safety in modern constructions.
In the international market, the Cellulose Fiber Cement Board product has been available and widely applied for many years in residential constructions as partition, wall, flooring, roofing underlayment, and more. In the Vietnamese market, this product is considered able to completely replace plaster boards, and has been used in projects by trusted developers such as Vinaconex, Vingroup, and Viettel.
