SHINKO PROBOARD is a new generation fiber cement board manufactured by SHINKO CORP, with main ingredients of Portland cement, refined silica sand, and most importantly cellulose fibers. SHINKO PROBOARD is proud to be a a product with R&D by Vietnamese engineers. SHINKO PROBOARD’s key feature is the cellulose fiber, its main structual ingredient. Cellulose fiber is a carefully selected and tested high quality ingredient from top international partners like the UK, the US, and Canada.
Cellulose fibers are organic, promote material bond and elasticity, which improves the product’s resilience. This improves the product’s flexural strength (7-9 MPa), helping ease of machining, cutting, drilling, bending without compromising waterproofing and inflammability. SHINKO PROBOARD’s outstanding advantage comes from the cellulose fiber ingredient.
A notable process in manufacturing the SHINKO PROBOARD is the advanced Hatschek technology for fiber cement manufacturing, helping distribute cement, reinforcing fibers, and water in many thin layers before shape pressing, ensuring even structures and smooth surfaces, increasing durability and aesthetic values.
Moreover, the Autoclave steaming process also improves cement hydration through saturating water vapor at high pressure and temperature. This is a green technology that helps the fiber cement board reaches maximum strength without chemical additives. This process significantly reduced CO2 emissions from reducing drying time and not releasing any toxic fluids, meeting standards for green and sustainable material for modern construction.
